Shipping and Delivery
Most orders placed are delivered by Australia Post and are tracked with a package tracking number to ensure your order arrives safe and secure.
Expected delivery times for products in stock are within 1-5 days for metropolitan areas, and 2-4 weeks days for customized or out of stock products.
Please see Australia Post to check if your address is included in its delivery network.
Alternatively, you can organize your own carrier or arrange pick up from our store in Sydney.
Some products will be delivered via freight couriers and you will incur the charge at time of purchase. Please check individual products pages for more information.
All deliveries will need to be signed for, so please make sure you choose your delivery address carefully. If you are not at home to accept delivery of your order, you may wish to consider shipping your order to your office address or an alternate address where you know someone can sign on your behalf.
Please note: Delivery to a PO Box, AFPO, PMB or Locked Bag is not permitted for security reasons.
PushCam sells and ships items within Australia and internationally. We do not ship to freight forwarders and you may not export any products purchased at the PushCam Store.
If you experience any problems with your order or shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate this for you and resolve the matter.
PushCam can request transit and carriers insurance on your behalf if the delivery is arranged by us.
International and local shipping insurance is at your cost and at your request only.
We suggest a transport insurance policy to be taken out for extra peace of mind.
Important Notice re: Customs Fees
Some countries (UK, the E.U., and Canada in particular) charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas.
Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control.
We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be.
By law, we have to declare the status (i.e. "merchandise" or "gift") and the value of each parcel accurately.
It is a criminal offence for us to make a false Customs declaration, and we are unable to misrepresent your goods for the reduction of import duties/tax fees.
What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?
If you would like an update on when a product will come back into stock, please email us at email@example.com
This will be reflected on your confirmation email, as your dispatch date will be delayed.
If one of the items you've ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the available item comes back into stock or will be shipped directly from our factory.
Thanks for understanding.
